Birthday Wishes and a White Christmas

'Twas the night before Christmas, when all thro' the house Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse...'

Yeah, right! 

Twas the night before Christmas when a very special girl was born 10 years ago!

🎉🎂🎈 

We had so much fun celebrating my sweet girl's tenth birthday. 

I think the best part was that she wished for snow & down it came.

We awoke in Narnia on Christmas morning. 

We gathered around our tree and even Nelli shared in the joy of opening gifts. She adores her squeaky squirrel.

Twas a beautiful day! 

Full of feasting.

We had pancakes for brunch, lounged by the fire eating pistachios and our cups runneth over with eggnog. A scrumptious feast of 

Black Forest ham, potato leek soup, croissants and asparagus was for dinner, followed by homemade Baklava, our special Christmas dessert.

So much to be merry about this time of year when you are surrounded by loved ones and delicious food!
